So how does it work? Complete the customer information form and complete all the information about your self. iSave Electronix will send your case number, a link to our status page and a troubleshooting form for your mechanic. Have your mechanic complete the diagnostic form, this form gives us an idea of the failure within the module allowing a timely repair to be made. Choose one of the two service options (see below). Ship the form along with the item to be repaired to iSave Electronix in a well protected box.
